Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy
Psychodynamic therapy aims to help the client explore their thoughts and feelings. An objective of the work is to uncover unconscious reasons why a person experiences themselves and the world in the way that they do. Awareness of these reasons enables a client to have more choice about how they relate to themselves and others and can enable change.
